3.4 Personal Use Only. The Service is for your personal, non-commercial use only. Use of automated systems, bots, scripts or artificial means to access the Service or place bets is strictly prohibited.
3.5 Not a Self-Excluded Person. You confirm that you are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order from WN777 or any other gambling operator. Attempting to register a new Account while under a self-exclusion period is a breach of these Terms.
4.1 To register an Account, you must provide accurate, complete and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and any other information requested during the registration process.
4.2 WN777 may request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to: a valid Pakistani CNIC or passport, proof of residential address (such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months), a selfie or liveness check, and proof of ownership of the payment method used.
4.3 All KYC documents must be submitted exclusively through the Platform's official HTTPS verification portal. WN777 will never request sensitive documents via unsecured email, WhatsApp or third-party chat channels.
4.4 Submitting false, altered, digitally manipulated or otherwise fraudulent identity documents is a serious breach of these Terms, may constitute criminal fraud, and will result in immediate and permanent Account closure with forfeiture of balances.
4.5 WN777 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing until all KYC requirements are satisfied. Depositing funds does not obligate WN777 to process a withdrawal before KYC is complete.
5.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username, password or security information with any third party.
5.2 You must notify WN777 support immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.
5.3 WN777 shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your Account where such loss resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
5.4 You agree not to attempt to access any other User's Account, to exploit any technical vulnerability in the Platform, or to interfere with the Platform's normal operation in any way.
6.1 Deposits must be made using payment methods available in the Platform cashier at the time of transaction. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts, processing times and any applicable fees are displayed in the cashier and are subject to change.
6.2 All funds deposited to your Account must be from a payment source registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
6.3 WN777 does not guarantee the availability of any specific payment method at any given time. 7.1 Withdrawal requests are subject to completed KYC verification. WN777 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing until all required identity and payment verification steps are completed to our satisfaction.
7.2 Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to the methods available and applicable limits. WN777 may request additional verification where the withdrawal method differs from the deposit method.

9.1 All bets and wagers placed on the WN777 Platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game, sport or market as published on the Platform. These rules govern the settlement of bets and take precedence in the event of any dispute.
9.2 Sports betting markets, including cricket markets covering the Pakistan Super League, ICC tournaments, T20 internationals and other events, are subject to official results and WN777's applicable sport-specific rules. WN777 is not affiliated with or endorsed by PCB, PSL, ICC or any sports governing body.
9.3 WN777 reserves the right to void, suspend or decline any bet where: (a) a technical error has occurred that affected odds or market availability; (b) the bet is suspected to be based on insider information; or (c) the bet would result in a settlement inconsistent with the published rules.
9.4 RTP (Return to Player) percentages displayed on the Platform for casino games and slots are theoretical long-term averages provided by game suppliers and do not guarantee any particular return in any individual session.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the WN777 Platform:
10.1 Violation of any prohibited conduct clause may result in immediate Account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of Account balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable.

13.2 WN777's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total deposits made by you in the three calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
13.3 Nothing in these Terms limits liability for: fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; death or personal injury caused by negligence; or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
14.1 WN777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where WN777 reasonably believes that: (a) these Terms have been breached; (b) the Account has been used for fraudulent or unlawful activity; (c) KYC verification cannot be completed satisfactorily; or (d) continuing to provide the Service to the User poses a regulatory, financial or reputational risk.
14.2 Upon closure of an Account for breach of these Terms, WN777 may at its discretion withhold or forfeit Account balances, subject to applicable legal obligations.
14.3 You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting support. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any verified real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to you via a verified payment method, subject to KYC requirements being met.
15.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which WN777 is incorporated or holds its operating licence, as applicable. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable mandatory consumer protection laws.
